drum filter

How it works?

A circulating water pump continuously draws water from the fishpond into a rotary drum filter, where fish waste and impurities are physically filtered and trapped. As impurities accumulate, the water level in the inlet chamber gradually rises, triggering a level sensor switch. This signal is then transmitted to the controller, which automatically activates the flushing mode. The filtered water then flows back into the fishpond from the outlet, awaiting the next operating command.

Dual working mode

The device has two operating modes: a sensor mode and a fixed rinsing mode set by the controller, such as rinsing once per hour for 20 seconds each time. Both modes operate simultaneously; the mode that is triggered first executes its corresponding logic first.

Projects section

Wastewater is filtered through 316 stainless steel mesh (available in 48-micron and 76-micron mesh sizes) while simultaneously being flushed and discharged.
